We serve early to mid-career artists from marginalized communities through a set of redistributive projects. Proposals are evaluated by a panel of peer reviewers. Decision-making is shared between staff, advisory board, and reviewers.We offer staff support with the development and production of a new work, access to shared studio space, capacity building and coaching support, a cohort retreat, and a project-restricted grant award.
